The hotel is an excellent boutique stay featuring immense, well-appointed, and exquisitely decorated rooms that are luxurious with a huge bed and a spacious bathroom. The service is top-notch, with the perfect host going above and beyond to assist and ensure a language barrier-free experience. The location is superb, situated in the heart of Recoleta and within walking distance to major attractions. The dining offers a choice between a continental breakfast at the lounge or a sit-down experience at a nearby cafe, with great options for a healthy meal. Overall, a truly exceptional stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, showing attention to every detail, although they weren't ready upon our early arrival.
